26th July at India International Centre, New Delhi | For the District Appropriate Authorities

ADF India's Vanishing Girls Campaign and Girls Count Coalition in collaboration with State PCPNDT Cell, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. is organizing a One-Day training for the District Appropriate Authorities as well as the District Nodal Officers (PNDT) on the ‘Standard Operating Guidelines’ and the ‘Code of Conduct’ to be observed by them under the PCPNDT Act on 26th July at India International Centre, New Delhi. from 9:30 am- 4:00 pm. 

The Hon'ble Health Minister of Delhi has confirmed his presence as the Chief Guest for the event.

The District Appropriate Authorities, as well as the District Nodal Officers (PNDT) from all the 11 districts of Delhi, will be participating in the training.

Vanishing Girls is a campaign initiated by ADF India to raise awareness against the practise of sex-selective abortions and to advocate for effective implementation of the Pre-Conception Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994.
